Fun In The Son or FITS for short, is off to a great start! We have seen more children participating each week. After a long spring and early summer in isolation, the children and teachers are enjoying being together each Wednesday evning from 6:30pm-7:00PM.

Mitch Newland and Jody Newland have stepped in this year to give Brady and Hollie Barnes a rest for the summer as they nurture thier two twin children Hadliegh and Ryliegh. This year's theme is Jonah! We have a great picture of Philip Pugh as Jonah but I couldn't get it to post so you will just have to come out to HBF and see it for yourself! The Mighty Warriors room and the hallway have been transformed into the seashore of the Mediteranian complete with an enourmous whale that swallows you up just outside at the end of the hallway!

If you have children in elementary they will not want to miss this years Fun In The Son. It will be a great primer for our VBS August 3-7! We will be running FITS through the end of August. September we will begin our 9 month school year children's ministry called "Training In Truth"!
