Pastor Terry Ogle and Bill Barker recently visited national pastors who minister to the Hiligaynon (Ilonggo) Language speaking peoples of the Philippine Islands. In addition to teaching on the philosophy of biblical discipleship they delivered thousands of bibles to the Pastors in the region for distribution to individuals in their churches who do not have a copy of the word of God in their language.

It is precious to see the value of God's word getting to the hearts of God's people. The following videos give you a glimpse into the other side of the bible publishing process. We often see the pallets arrive with signatures printed on a web press. We participate in the process of assembling the scripture and rejoice in the completion of an entire bible as we should. Then we load them on a pallet, hand them off to the shipping company, and unless we take a missions trip to distribute the word of God, never see the process of distribution.

The process of getting the bibles where God has ordained really helps us understand the precious nature of God's word in the world. As we pray, fund and assemble these bibles, we need to make sure we remember the joy that so many souls will find in the pages of God's word as they open it and read it in their heart language. By God's grace many will come to Christ and even preach God's word as one bible is often circulated among many people. Bible publishing ministry is one a great ministry to participate in by faith.

If you or your church are interested in assembling scripture for a project of your own or one of Word First Bible Publishing's projects, please contact us through our Word First Bible Publishing Website.

Psalms 126:6  He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
