Have you ever noticed how time changes your reflection? Well, it’s not really time, or the mirror, it’s you. As humans, we change as we move through time. Mirrors are not static images, they reveal whatever they reflect. As we look in a mirror over time, we note that changes take place. The changes revealed in the mirror may be good or bad, minor or major, but they are revealed.

Jan. 3-4, God blessed a team from HBF to go to Iola, Kan., to assist Tony Godfrey and the church body of Harvest Baptist. With brothers and sisters (around 40 people) coming from Maple Baptist (Monmouth, Ill.) and New Life Baptist (Clinton, Mo), we were able to finish demolition on an old bowling alley and start some frame work.

There will be a planning meeting for Vacation Bible School on Feb. 16, right after Sunday service. Come find out where God would have you volunteer for this year's VBS.

VBS is a great time to share the gospel with children and their parents, and to serve and fellowship with other believers. Come to the meeting to find out more about where God would have you to serve this year.

The HBF Women's Conference will be Feb. 1, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at HBF. 

This year's conference will feature guest speaker Rosie Fyffe, who along with her husband James have served as missionaries.
