Senior Sunday

On Sunday May 18th, we celebrated our graduating seniors. This year we recognized 4 High School graduates and 1 College graduate.

- Dalanie McCubbin, Harrisonville High School

- Cameron Sisson, Sisson University

- Sophia Trude, UMKC

Each of the students expressed their desire to walk with the Lord as they launch out into the next chapter of their lives.

HBF celebrates our graduates each year to recognize the hard work that was put in to complete their studies, to charge them to continue in their adherence to the Lord and his word, to honor the parents for their investment in their child, and to challenge the church body to pray for these young adults.

Luke Fleshman, HBF's Youth Leader delivered a message from with warnings and encouragement from the book of Judges and the life of Samson designed to help the graduates and the rest of the church to prioritize their walk with the Lord and to avoid the detours that life throws at us.

We are excited to see what the Lord does in the lives of these students as they step into college, careers, and life as adults!
