Due Diligence" is defined as a level of care that a professional would take to ensure standards are met before entering into a contractual obligation. In Proverbs 27:23, God calls the man of God to be diligent to know the state of his flock and look well to the herds entrusted to him.
God has entrusted leadership of the home and society to men. That clear biblical message is undermined at every turn in our current society and even in some churches and families. Unless men understand and take on the biblical role of masculine leadership in their homes, church and society, the flock will not be spared by the adversary which is ultimately Satan and his evil forces.
